Now to make my mind work meaningfully on some blocks today. I keep fighting myself on which block to do.... I think I'll go back and read up on all the posts I've missed :-)

That's funny you said that Terriamn bc I messed up the stitching order and had to do some "creative" piecing. It didn't affect the look of the block I believe but it wasn't as easy as if I had I done it the way I planned.

Boomers, I oooh and aaahhh to myself over blocks as I grab the pix and put them in the gallery and I've realized I've said virtually nothing to you all. I love your blocks, but most especially the ones for me. :) I'm going to spend some time really rereading the posts and make comments. But please know I'm loving them all! Thank you for such great block-making!

Thank you so much. When I saw the pic of that striped fabric I really wanted to work with it, but then when I got it and saw it in person I was gobsmacked at the intriquetness of the print and knew it needed fussy cutting. The fabric did almost all the work on that block, I was just along for the ride.

Kass, I can hardly believe that's the same F8 I sent. Wow. I want to be you when I grow up. :)
