I'm going to do the one of Sue in Short Sleeves and Sandals with a flower in her hat....we all know how hot August can be.. Since I am still new to applique this will work just fine! I'm thinking of putting her on a beach though with water in the background...what do you think?

Works for me, as long as the majority of the background is a light color.

Check out the list on page 2 and choose from a month that has only 2 sign ups. I am hoping to get a total of 36 quilters so there are 3 ladies for each month.

Two more quilters have been assigned months! We are only needing Sept - Dec and we will have 36. If you have started your blocks (not due till July 1 - I am just so anxious to work on them) don't hesitate to post them! Only have to do 12, and it will be a true swap in the fact that you will NOT get one of your own blocks back! We will enjoy others creations!

If I sign up for a month then I only make 12 of that month is that how it works and we have until July to make them.
