Artificial tree.
We open our presents on Christmas Eve.
We put one tree on a table in front of our living room window, and one sometimes on our bar.
Christmas dinner is ham, with lots of sides, and pineapple upside down cake.
We hang up stockings even for our fur babies. We fill the stockings with goodies, and for the fur babies dog treats.
We drive around and look at lights.
Sometimes we decorate the outside, some times we don't.

Do you play lots of Christmas Music?

What's your favorite all time Christmas movie ?? has to the one about the kid who wants the bb gun for Xmas. My youngest son was spitting image of the boy at that age. I believe it was called "A Christmas Story".
what was your favorite Xmas gift and why? Mine was my Poo-Chie--chihuahua and toy poodle mix my kids chipped in and bought from a local rescue shelter 6 years ago and gave me 3 weeks before Xmas. I took one look at her nestled in the bottom of a red foil gift bag with those big brown eyes and fell in love. She must of felt the same way as she wouldnt stay in the laundry basket i had put on end of my bed for her. Sje tipped it over, crawled up to me and snuggled in against me. only nites she hasnt slept with me was few nights after having her spayed as i didnt want her to jump off bed and tear stitches out. Thse were very lonely nights for both of us.

ey cabana boy, where's my hot chocolate with lots of marshmallows? I am sitting here in my virtual recliner in this fabulous hole the girls have dug and decorated. My box is shipped so no worries here for this swap. After i enjoy a little down time here with my chocolate, i can get those ornaments finished for that other swap. The hole over there isnt as big YET but the cabana boy is cute.

Got it already!

I have to say I have really been enjoying all of the conversations on the Quilting Board. I only found this site a few weeks ago and I am completely addicted! I have never done anything like this before and I even went back and read most of the previous years before making the leap but I decided to jump in and join in on the ornament swap...

Much to my surprise when I got home from work today I had received a heavy box in the mail!! Already!! Apparently many of you ladies are really speedy while I've spent most of the week researching and trying to decide which ornaments to make! I haven't opened it...yet. I'll wait and see if we will have an "opening" day but it's really hard!! :p

Thanks for letting me join in!!
Sue
