I just did a "member search" for my SP for additional info and no profile was found. I've had this SP fairly recently and was hoping to find some more hints for different ideas. Member profiles are a useful tool for getting to know your SP a little better. It also saves having to fill out the "Additional Info" part of the monthly questionnaire each time. Please consider visiting your profile on the board to see if you can add some useful info. I think we all want to send items that will be useful and more personal to each individual.

I am trying to work hard and get my package out by
Monday at the latest. My SP didn't include much info
about likes/dislikes, so I am having to "wing" it and
hope that she likes what I send her.

It is snowing here today which I am NOT happy about.


Now some of you might know that my daughter is pregnant
with my first grand baby. She is now 30 weeks, and on
every 2 week Dr. visits. Her latest visit was yesterday
and it seems that Zack has went on a MAJOR growth
spurt in the last two weeks. He is measuring at 34 weeks.

Tina will have another ultrasound in 2 weeks to see how
he is doing, but the Dr. told her yesterday that at the rate
he is growing that they will not let her go to full term.

That means that Zack may end up being born in March,
and not April.

So now I MUST hurry and get busy FAST and make stuff
for her and him.

I have received my SP name and have started on filling it. One thing sp, I have ordered something for you but I had it sent direct to you so if may receive it before you receive your Swap box. Hint------ you live north west of me (I think) I do not remember if I have had you as a swap partner before. Your info sheet was very helpful and informative. I see you have 4 legged pets more than 1. You have been sewing for a long time. Hope these hints keep you all wondering. Hope to get the package out soon but with all the snow we have (16-19") on the ground and very cold temps and snowy icy roads) I will do my best. Take care all.

Oh my its right around the corner! Lori you said March 13th, my brother's bday is that too! So Louise if your grandbaby is born that day it sure will be a blessing. Actually its a blessing no matter when he is born and I love the name Zach!

I'm a little late responding but wedding issues have become a priority. My box is finished except for one item that might have to wait until I return. My SP is from a state that "Makes a little lovin'
A little turtle dovin'.

Just have to get a box for my "stuff" and a few things as filler was hoping to get out by Monday but going to snow here in Jersey Sat Sun Mon Tues so might not make it until tuesday. Cant imagine any more snow around here have about 3 foot, on ground already but guess cause I live on the the side of bunny ski slope it what keeps my enjoyment during the winter, light the fire sit in recliner try alittle hand quilting and watch the mommies and daddies teach the little ones the art of falling down.

lets see if I can stump a couple of my new quilting friends about who my SP is--we live on opposite sides of the USA, we seem to have more things uncommon then in common, she drinks coffee I drink tea, I am a fairly new quilter she has been doing it for a long, long time, her favorite color is my least favorite color. So does anyone have any ideas who my SP is? lol

If you are my SPs then you should check your mailbox or porch they were delivered today!!!!

Don't forget you have to send me a message to let me know that you have mailed your package out. That way I know that you have fulfilled your commitment. You also need to send me a message when you receive so that I know your secret pal has fulfilled their commitment. It's not just because I'm nosey or mean.

My secret pal lives in a state that as 9 letters, but only 4 unique ones. Box will hopefully go out tomorrow. :-)

HI LADIES; received my feb spal pkg today from CUPPY ( CAROLYN).. VERY pretty yard of lavender seashell fabic, a 1200 yd.spool of purple variegated thread that will sew up a nice summer time tote, valentine card valentine chocolate bar, a very cute pair of valentine socks, and some little seashells she collected from the beach.....NOW if could photo the fabric I would.. It is very pretty... THANK YOU VERY MCUH CUPPY :-)

Well look here! I was out of town Friday and yesterday and my husband just told me this afternoon that a package had come for me and he placed it in the sewing room.

Look at all the goodies that were in the box. Fabric, chocolate, applique pins, rotary cutter blades, heart pin cushion, 2 books (some of my favorite authors too Verna), homemade soap sample, bag of coffee, tea bags, embroidery scissors, spring clamps and lip balm! Thank you so much Verna.
This was my first swap and it was fun. Not sure I can do this every month because of the expense but will as I am able.

I forgot to mention that Verna also sent doggie biscuits for my dog, Lucy. Here she is guarding them. LOL
