Hi ladies! Our Rows are comming together quite well so I'm creating this post for showing off the photos. :)

Really Joyce!?! :cry: We don't mean to! Just do your best, I'm certain yours will be beautiful too. Shoot, be it fabric selections, piecing abiltiy, what-have-you our skills are all different that's what will make this so great. :)

Those look great, I especially like the snowman that is part of JOY. What book is that pattern in? Or is it an original... so cute....gotta love snowmen!

I love the block with the snowmen all lined up in a row with the strip of red fabric above and green fabric below. Is that a published pattern or is someone just really talented? Where can I find it so I can make one for me?

The board has been so busy I can hardly keep up. How is everyone doing?

I've got 1/3 of my row done.....I'm having trouble with my snowman he is not listening to me......

Tell Mr Snowman that if he doesn't behave, you will take out the hairdryer and use it on him. lol

Tiffany, the row of snowman is how the fabric was printed. Aren't they cute? I added the red and green fabrics to make the square the right size. I saw the marshmellow snowmen in Joanns before Christmas and bought some knowing I'd use it somewhere. I still have plenty if you'd like to trade something for some.

Thimblebug. I have a Christmas book, let me look at it when I get home and I'll give you the title. The joy snowman is the main part of a wallhanging.

I know that all the rows will be great. That's the fun part, is having a variety of blocks when we're all done.

Thanks Lori, I've looked through a few on-line searches but didn't come up with the Joy one. You've done a great job on your rows, I'm not in on it this year, but sure looks like a lot of fun.

OK -- here is my row. My theme is "Christmas Cats". This didn't turn out exactly the way I thought it would! I'm not exactly happy with it but need to quit obsessing and move on to other stuff (unless someone has suggestions besides dumping it in the trash):roll: :roll:

Joyce I think it's so sweet! I like how you have the snowflake background! :) It makes me smile.

Now Joyce, just why oh why would you think that is not just perfect???? I think you will love this when it had been added to and others have their opportunity to "play" with it! I personally love your cats-pieced and otherwise. Are those appliqued or embroidered? ...and the cat that is now sitting in my lap and making it really difficult to type says she likes it too. (She would like to come play with those cats) :roll:

Anyway...it is very cute and I think you will find that you like it better with each row addition!

(Sandpat, the black cats are embroidered -- I think they are a little small but I enlarged the pattern until it wouldn't fit in my hoop and this is the size it turned out....)

oh no...pounds head on desk...forgot another bleepin' label! I guess I know what I'll be doing tonight :) why can I not remember labels?

I went to JoAnn's today and found a pen that will write on fabric. I'm going to send around a page of Inkjet Fabric along with the pen so everyone can write whatever they want. Then I'll sew it on the back when I get it done. Hopefully (depending on weather), I'll get all of it in the mail tomorrow. :roll:
