I too was recently disappointed on another swap. USPS said my package to her had been delivered on a Monday. I waited a whole week and heard nothing, yet she was posting regularly on other threads. It does hurt that someone can't even take 2 minutes of their time to drop you a line acknowledging that they received your package and thanks. It just takes all the fun out of the swap when this happens (for me anyways), so I can totally empathize with you.

Well No package for me today so I guess I need a little retail therapy is in order as a fellow Wednesday morning quilter said she is going to a quilt shop in Reed City this afternoon. Infact she is on her way now.....

You are most welcome! I'm just dismayed it took a whole three weeks to get to you. This really underscores the need to mail international packages as early as possible.

I too have not heard from my SP. It is very disappointing when you shop specifically for someone and never get an acknowledgement.

That's too bad that some are not sending a PM when they get their package. This month I posted the picture and realized a day or two later that I had not sent a PM. Sometimes I can be such an airhead.

So has everyone received their SP package?

Not quite - however my SP said she posted last Monday. Hopefully today or tomorrow.

I would be happy to send to a SP if they do not receive this month...Just putting the offer out there. I don't know if it happens in this swap....it does sometimes happen in others and I always feel so bad....

I'm putting this in both June and July for newbies.

Look at the top of the page, left side and click on "HOME"
Scroll down to "Member Swap and Round/Row Robins"
Click on that link. When it opens, look for July 2013 Secret Pal Swap Closes June 30 4pm CST

These are basic instructions for any thread. The easy way is if you are already here, look at the top of the page for 'thread tools" click on it and subscribe.

I think you can also get there by clicking on link in this message .
Once you are there, look for "thread tools"
Click on "Subscribe to this thread".
A screen will come up that says "Notification Type".
Choose how you want to be notified of new listings. I choose weekly by email.

Once you suscribe, you will be able to click on "Quick Links".
Then click on subscribed threads and a list of your threads will come up. Look for July 2013 Secret Pal Swap and click on it and you are there.
