[img]/images/icons/icon1.gif[/img] Thanks!I received a package from Australia this morning! Beautiful Wall hanging from M-Fay with lots of extra goodies. Thank you so much Marion! It’s a convergence quilt (never heard of before) and so pretty! It has the kangaroo paw flower on it which her state’s floral emblem. That was the sneak peak she gave on the Quilt Board. I think I will have to try one too……also tea towels, lavender soap and dried lavender from her garden, fabric panels and an adorable little koala bear. There is also a neat bag that I think she made but I had a hard time figuring out where she turned it right side out. 😂 thank you so much Marion. Its nice to know it arrived OK.Sue. I think I machine sewed the opening I tend to inherit lots of off cuts etc and I decided I'd make useful items from them all this year. Currently working on bath mats.

Just looked back at Teens WH. Knew I loved it when I saw it the 1st time. I'll try and get that book too

Thanks teen. I miss her so much. We were also phone buddies, so everyday I think of calling her.
I will always remember our long conversations about out favorite quilting projects and designers. She was such a gem. I so appreciate your thoughtfulness. |
I received this lovely and absolutely perfectly sewn wall hanging from Teen yesterday. I will be trying out some of the patterns and ideas in that book too. My photos are still too large to post so I will downsize them again and post separately
