Thankyou ladies . I must warn my receiver that she may have to wait longer than the normal 14 days. The security into USA has tighten up. Every thing in the parcel has to be weighed and must add up to the weight of the whole parcel and put on computer. My post card swap partner and myself have been waiting all this month for our cards to arrive

I'm sure that may be the case for others also. Some of you have been having a lot of snow still. Your health and safety should always be first. And, of course, life sometimes takes precedence as well.

I mailed mine out about 10 days ago ... it should be there soon!

My preference is for everyone to mail within a week of when you receive your name. But life happens and weather happens and there is no strict rule. We all understand and if you have any problems with mailing make sure you let me know so I can let your receiver know.

It's no problem at all when you mail but please keep in touch with me if you have problems. Please don't talk to your receiver but tell me instead so the surprise can be kept.

Please make sure you remember to pm me when you mail and again when you receive!!
I may or may not see a comment posted on the thread.

Mine will be mailed on Monday, fingers crossed. Two snowstorms are coming through and I have a lot of shoveling to do, 4" today and more on Sunday, all while still suffering from a cold. Hope everyone in the upper states can keep their sense of humor through all this snow. My area has mostly been very lucky not getting multiple feet of this troublesome stuff.

Just mailed mine today...it's on the way. I really hummed and hawed over which one to send, decided a little spring "should" be in the air. Hope my recipient feels the same way.

How about a bit of spring. I'm anxious to sit by the pond, have a drink and nap in the sunshine. That will be in about two months, agh!

Is there any where in America that doesn't get snow ? I have an a war bride Aunty therefore cousins living in Denver and they talk about snow like you girls . I can't imagine living with snow

R-Sea we don't get much snow here in Michie but I know other places in Tennessee do get quiet a bit of snow, Arizona and Texas don't get snow and I am sure there are some other areas or states that don't get snow.

I am in SoCal, Southern California. There is sometimes some snow on the mountains but not where we live.

Heads up for everyone. My package will not fit in a mailbox. I left it flat so there will be no creases in it. It is just over two feet square. You will probably get a notice for pick up at the PO.

Thanks ladies for the info on snow . I'm learning so much about your country since joining QB . I thought you got snow every where .

My husband lived in Dallas a long time ago :D and made a snow man in his front yard so I think that Northern Texas gets snow once in a while.
