lucylockett--I'm working on a nine patch with the squares I got and some of my own. It will be a charm quilt. Here's the posting.

I'm planning on expanding with the 6 sets I'm getting in June!

Oksewglad,
Thanks for the link. Your quilt is absolutely charm ing! I've sent Missi a pm to join. Now to find 50 fabrics to cut 10 little squares from . . . sort, stack, put each grouping of squares into a snack-size baggie. Then I'll have Ten Little Baggies ready for the mail . . . Have I got the general idea, here?

Yeah you've got the general idea luckylockett. What I did is start with the scrap basket and chop some of that stuff into tiny squares. I had to supplement with a few fabrics from my yardage, but most of 'em were in the scraps.

I am wondering if there is room for one more person in this swap....... me.

do all the fabrics have to be cotton? I just counted my fabrics, I probably only have 50 different fabrics, but not all are cotton.

I only have yardage, I kept giving my scraps away. Didn't realize how much fun i could have with scraps.

Some of those fabrics sure look familiar :)

We are swapping 100% cotton, no flannel. We say swap what you would like to receive. I have been through most of my scraps so I have been cutting from yardage lately. I did get a nice shoe box full of scraps at retreat last month that I need to cut, but lately I have been cutting from yardage. When I cut out a quilt I square up my fabric with a 1.5" strip.
