I am also on the "better get this quilt finished" bandwagon...lol..I actually posted 3 different sets of blocks a while back that I was thinking of using...I narrowed it down to one set...was looking thru my stash for fabrics to put it all together...and changed my mind on all of it...so now I have started over and am making something totally different!! Yep, I am "loony toony" as I have stated before here on qb...
Anyways, I love all the quilts/pics that have been posted...Nancia, your son's quilt turned out amazing..and your "tiger" has beautiful markings!!! I hope your son has a wonderful time...dh and I have one "child"...a son, who was 27 in July..I can totally relate to your feelings..and also will say I think it is fine to show some tears...healthy for you and your son...just as long as you don't "fall to the ground and beat your fists about while wailing"...lol...please know I say that with humor, picturing myself doing that and my son just looking at me, maybe with an eye roll and raised eyebrow...then looking at his dad and mouthing "rescue me...and sorry bout your luck dad, I am off now!"...;)

I don't remember, have we lost any people? I WILL be ready when time comes. Going to do some more work tonight while relaxing.

Yes we lost a couple. TeacherBailey had to drop out due to going back to work as a teacher. Islandwhiz1 let me know she couldn't continue. She lost her DH a week or so ago. So sad.

I am looking forward to sending mine and to receiving my little pretty one. I like all of them. I hope I get the veggie cats.

TeacherBailey we will miss you, but going back to teaching does keep one very busy. I am so so sorry to hear about Islandwhiz1's husband. My prayers are with you and your family at this time.

I've never found it to be all that much more to send overseas. So those who can please let me know so I can adjust the list accordingly.

Thanks June. She is a little doll. Serenity or Renny is my youngest grand. she is actually a great grand and is just at the point of learning to walk. She is 10 mos now. My how the time flies. She is my youngest and her daddy is my oldest grandchild. He is now 24. We have 16 grands in all if you add in the greats and the two inlaws.
