True, I also did mine in one long row. However, it didn't say it had to be done that way. I only did mine to stay consistent with the other two rows. But the original measurements are still in effect.

Hope this helps.

I am out of town as well. Will be home late tomorrow - perhaps package will be waiting. Will report in when it comes. Thanks.

How is everyone doing here? I see not many posts lately. The next mailing date is June 1st for the last row to be done and then they will be mailed to their home again. Please post where you are at and if on track.

I am home and have received star row (3 done). I have designs to work with and will start them this week. Should make the deadline - or be very close to it.

Ladies,

I have some terrible news. The post below is a cross post from another swap I'm in.

I am writing in regards to one of our own. Donna in Moore OK. where the FH5 tornado went right thru her town, she is also known as Luvtosew2011. We haven't had contact with her but did get a email from Canada that she was safe and in a shelter. We don't know the status of her home, but when she makes contact I would like to facilitate some care packages for her. If you know Donna you will know that she always goes further to help others and goes 110% for her swappers and people on the board.
As soon as I hear we will get in gear. Hope you all will participate. One of the suggestions is send her gift cards for places like Target, Walmart, grocery stores in her town, Joann's etc. So she could get things she might need now.
My hand is in, hope you will help her too.
All the best,
Roberto

Everyone, please keep your thoughts with her and her family. The other swap will be sending things to her as soon as she is able to receive them. If you're interested, please let me know. Also, any new updates I see there, I will post here as well.

Thank you,

Angie

Of course, I'll be glad to help however we can. Glad to know she is safe. Hate to ask which quilt she was working on - someone is missing out now, perhaps we can start that one over?

If you are talking about Donna, she is ok, the storm missed them, things are strewn a bit, but she is fine. I got a pm from her.

Here is her message:
Hi,

I finally got out and look around and you have no ideals how many people have loss there home, my heart breaks for them, I so wanted to help with there clean up but not physically able to do that. :-( I hope making quilts that I'm able to help in some way.
God Bless you! Today another day of storms, its raining right now just what those people need! :-(
Take Care,
Donna
