Just finished my eighth, and I think, final set. I'll double check the size on all the blocks later today, then bag them up and label them. Wow, this did make a significant dent in my small scraps!

If anyone is interested, Paint Me Judy is hosting her Mystery Train Ride, with the first step coming this Saturday. She is focusing on scrappy, so if you need another stash buster quilt, head over!

I finally had time to sew yesterday and made 2 sets. It’s a start.

Whew! I made it. I've been on vacation and it's only one set, but I get to participate in my first swap. :)

I'm in Canada, but have a US address to send them to so that won't be a problem cost-wise.

Yup, you might find some of my scraps from the Boom swap in these blocks. Waste not, want not, right?

Glad everyone is working on their blocks. For some reason yesterday, I forgot to stop at cutting strips and went ahead and cut my scraps all down to 2.5" squares. It was much slower to put them together than using strip sets and then cross-cutting. Just a tip for anyone who is just starting: Strip sets are much faster to use than individual squares.

Tomorrow (Thursday the 20th) is the last day to sign up for this swap!

You forgot my name on the list.

Pretty blocks, Watson! I hope I get one of your baggies!

I worked with individual 2.5" squares for the whole lot as I was trying to use up my odd shaped, small scraps. It does take longer and uses so much variety! But good news, I don't have much odd shaped scraps left!
