I am very behind. I have the top done for my mug rug (been done all month) but just have not gotten it quilted and bound. Will work on it tonight and get in mail tomorrow. Sorry Dot, "falling" behind. (yes pun intended)

Mine from my partner is still in transit as is mine to my partner. If you want to close off this thread I am happy for my partner to post a picture of what she has sent and I can do the same if she is happy for me to post a picture of what I have sent her.

No, that's okay, Betty. I'm patient. I just want to make sure everyone received/sent. I don't want a recipient's surprise to be spoiled!

Betty J, i think my mugrug traveled via the pony express, not sure where in the world it is now. It is fine by me if you want to post a pic of what you sent and I will post what I sent. i took a pic of it on my phone and i don't know how to transfer it here so i took a pic of it on my computer, lol. does that even make sense?

ctyankee, that is the mugrug i sent to BettyJ. I actually was able to do my calligraphy on the fabric which i backed with the pellon; the stuff that goes in between the fabric postcard.

Jan Rutherford's hobby is sewing. Check out this darling mug rug. I really appreciate the little pieces!

I received my mug rug today. I also received tissue holder and mint chocolate candy.

I'm so happy Jasz2 finally received her mug rug. Was getting a little concerned. It was mailed Sept 21st and It had a tracking code that had it going all over the country....pony express style. I received the one she made me last Monday.
It's really cute.

You are very welcome and I am so pleased that my swap mug mat has turned up at your place. I wish I could report that I had received yours but sadly not so. I checked the mail today full of anticipation so hopefully it will turn up tomorrow. I know you posted yours to me way before I posted mine to you, so I am not sure what has happened, maybe it has hit a few speed bumps along the way.

I went to very enjoyable Quilters morning gathering today to hear a wonderful Art Quilt lady speak and to see her magnificent Art Quilts displayed. They were just mind blowing and a privilege to see. I received my Mug rug swap from Cookiezenmilk today, thank you so very much, I love the Calligraphy writing.

Lynnie, this lady was truly amazing and so down to earth. You would have read on her site that her "Eager to Learn" quilt won a major prize at the Houston quilt show. I felt really privileged to see her quilts in the real and to meet her, she only lives a coupe of hours from me. The quilts are all edge stitched applique and there can be up to 5 to 7 fabrics used in the shading and her quilting is outstanding

Now you see that peacock has all kinds of fun hobbies on its feathers. I do a bit of everything it seems.
