Ok I am one who sent out late so shoot me. I have been doing this swaqp for 18 months and this is the first time I have ever been late. yes life does get in the way sometimes and my granddaughter is why I was late she will be having surgery Tuesday and in Aug we will find out if it was a success when she lets us know she can hear us for the first time. with that said I will sign off and most likely not do the swap anymore!

I've tried posting a picture three different times now. I don't know what's happening with this blanket-blank computer today! I WILL keep trying - Sistahdebbra sent me a wonderful RWB quilt for june called "Sweet Liberty" and it has lots of hand work on it which I love. Goodies came with it to keep me humble, haha. (She knows I need help in the small even stitching area so she sent me some tiger tape amont other stuff, a flag, a Jean-a-ma-Jig for hemming DH's pants up to 26.5" inseam, and some needle pullers to save my fingernails). I'll post this first so I don't forget and I will try again to post a picture.

BertieD, I use the Jean-a-ma-Jig to lift my machine foot up and over humps to avoid jagged stitching lines. I don't hem pants for me or hubby - lol. And I'm glad you like it, I enjoyed doing it. My BIL tried to steal it so I'm making something similar for him for next year. |
