No. Yesterday was a state holiday so there wasn't any mail service. Even FED-X didn't deliver. I'm sure they will be here Monday, but you should go back to your post office and ask for the extra money back. I don't know if they will give it to you, but I hate to see people ripped off because Utah does things a little bit differently.

I'll get your blocks into the quilt. Have no fears about that.

Have a good weekend, and stick it to those post office people on Monday. Ask to speak with the supervisor.

Later, Gwyn

It may well be at the post office, but it wasn't delivered yesterday. I also didn't receive any notice that it was ready and waiting for me.

This kind of stuff really ticks me off, but it is part of living in Utah. As much as we pay in postage, the service was better with the pony express. I do believe Utah still uses carrier pigeons.

Gwyn, did you get enough blocks to complete your quilt or do we need to try and make a last ditch effort? I just got home from my trip and thought I'd check in.

I think there are plenty of blocks. It will be a beautiful, extra large twin size. I'm making it large enough to hang over at least 18 inches. I'm not worried. I still have a few stragglers sending blocks too. Now I need to get sewing. Thanks for all your help. I can't believe how many blocks you made. They are just wonderful. I haven't even made any but I have to have at least one.

Glad you had a good trip. Where did you go?
I'll read you tomorrow, I'm getting sleepy. Later, Gwyn
