Yes this is a change from the roster list, the link was just a sample of colors I like...I would never expect anyone to try applique a block like that! I am just in love with the colors she uses in her quilts :)
Well, RATS, as I was hoping I would get your name some time, I would be up for trying to do that block!!!

I started one of her projects right before we moved (we just moved to Houston from Amarillo). The method she uses isn't as difficult as regular applique. This is done with fusible web. I have the basics done, just need to finish it up...the hard part!

She has a couple of free patterns and directions on her sight if you are interested.
This is what I have so far...

I had only looked at the wonky log cabin look, but I think the regular 4 quarter block would be good too. Thanks for asking!!

I would love to do this....but I will be out of commision for at least 5 weeks with a cast on my hand in January. Can a person join in later?
