Thanks for "non-machineable" info. Like I said the gal at our PO has a cardboard template and if the envelope doesn't slide comfortably thru the slot she weighs each one and charges accordingly. Mine usually average $1.22.

    Happy quilting!!!

    Hugs, Gigix12

ALSO....if you write "non-machineable" in the lower left corner and add 20 cents to your regular postage, they will not put it through any equipment. For a 12" block folded evenly across a #10 envelope it is 64 cents to mail it non machinable.
I do this so often that I actually had a non machinable stamp made from vista print =)
Thanks for the info. I had no idea about the 'non-machineable' bit.
WONDERFUL information! Thank you! I'm pretty sure this is why many/all of our blocks end up missing.

Thank you MG... I'm still working on your's... I had a wonderful idea only to have it dashed because of time and skill level... back to sq. 1. Maybe I'll just do a block in each of your preferences... that way, I'll cover all the bases...

I was told by blue ribbon toes to let you ladies know that I am new and that if anyone would like to swap with me for March I would be happy to do some, I have to catch up. My theme is ladybugs, it will be a quilt for my daughter so it can be young and whimsical. If anyone is interested pm me i would be happy to swap with you.

I have a silly question, all of the squares that I found are 12" should I put a border to make them 12 1/2 or leave it up to the person?
