Jennifer 22206 and Greatest Grammy: Welcome!! I have you both on the activity board. That brings us to 30 swappers!!!! YEA!!!! :thumbup: WOW, I can't wait the see the quilts that these will make!!

Greatest Grammy: There are no stipulations on the designs. As long as they are red, white and blue. I also will be doing an eagle. I think they are beautiful!! Here is a picture of it. Blessings!

I love your eagle---- But my eagle is brown and white - with blue sky and some green in the background Is this ok?????

Oh my Gosh carsey.. Is that for your swap? I want one!

I mailed off the blocks to you today. I was happy to have them done, but, gone to you is even better don't you think? LOL! Let me know if I need to give you the confirmation number. OK?

RedGarnet222: Great! Yes, I always feel better when I get the swap blocks mailed out!! One less thing to worry about!! I will be on the look out for it!! And, yes, the eagle is for our swap. I'm glad you like it. But......... GreatestGrammy is making eagles too!!!!!!! I love swapping with this group!!!

I have a question?? Why do you send us back one of our blocks? Can't we just keep and make a extra one for ourselves and get 12 of ones we don't have? Do you understand what I am saying?

I am not in charge here but --I think the answer to your question is that 12 blocks would be enough blocks to make a quilt where 13 would be and odd size

I usually use at least 30 blocks in a quilt I really have no use for a smaller size. I like bed quilts. If we are gonna get back our block why send it.Why not send 11 and keep one.?? I guess I do not understand.

I am thinking it helps the person who is diving up the blocks match up the colors and such to your block if they have yours to go by.
