um.. yes. I get real quiet then.. (when is that you ask? ) ok very seldom .. I see hours I see love I see the labor involved not just the quilt you know? and besides if I beg for all the finished work eventually it might pay off lol.. ok it won't but it is like winning the lotto you don't know unless you play I have a whole quiet day to myself here at home to sew and pick up stuff (not fun) and well get organized before the week begins again. oh joy!

I am in the middle of a large appliqued quilt (top is due Sept. 15th) and finishing the guild challenge quilt due the end of October. In the meantime I am puppysitting for a week and needed some hand work. So I traced and cut out some McKenna Ryan pieces (the miracle of them is they are not enlarged!) now I can sit and cut them out. I think I have perfected the fusing part so there will be no sewing and next I need to test a sealant. Then these will be no - sew wall hangings! Just because.

Hey Debbie - how did you perfect the fusing? I am using WonderUnder and it works pretty well but I found that with the tiny pieces, they still lift. I don't mind zigzagging everything down but the stitching can overwhelm those small pieces so would love to know how to fuse without zigzag after.
