Ladies, my beach quilt arrived today and the picture doesn't do it justice. I wish you all could see the whole thing up close, like Mary did since she was last to work on it. And the label---how cute, Sherry! Thank you so much, everybody!
I have to confess why there wasn't a little notepad with mine. I had bought one--pink and swirly designs on the front. When I went to put it in the package to mail, I noticed it was actually a skull face in the swirls. So I didn't want to use it.
Have a great week...Barbara

Good morning --
I'm coming along on Yvonnes' row. I think it's going to be good.
Sidenote: I'm starting a swap on the board. I got this idea from an event I attended at Camp Watch-a-Patcher called Prom dress swap and it's all about making crazy quilt blocks. I know! What was I thinking??? It should be fun.
Anyway, it's pending approval from the head honchos. Will keep you posted.

Hi everyone!
I'm getting kind of hooked on the swaps. I did a Mug Rug swap and got a really nice one in return and met a very nice member via the Secret Pal Swap in July...signed up again for the Aug. one. They are nice because they have a very short turn-around, you can practice new things and it's kind of nice to have just something quick to make in the middle of a big project. Will keep an eye out for your swap Jane. Always thought a crazy quilt would be fun.
