Just a note about the swap. We don't have as many partipants in the various sizes (option #2) What are your suggestions on how I should swap. What would you like. After I have all the blocks I will see the outcome of what we get. Just asking for suggestions I guess.

My suggestion would be to do whatever you think is best. You would know best because you are seeing all the blocks at the same time. I am content with whatever you recommend.

Swap option 2, is up to you. I'm sure we'll all be happy with whatever you think's best. And thank you so much for putting together and organising this swap.

Mailed my blocks this morning, priority. I am one of those Option #2 people! I made 6 blocks, 6-1/2" - wanted to make more but where are the good patterns for Santa? Where is the good Santa Fabric? The two local quilt shops didn't have any Santas! I still can't believe it...

My Santa's have Austrian Crystal eyes, they are small, but they do sparkle.
