Yippee! I got a name, now if the person would give some more ideas..... I got a really short list of likes/dislikes. I guess the whole gift will be a "surprise", since even searching her posts was not real helpful either....
I am really excited about this year for some reason. Maybe it is because this swap is not a life changing event, and I have had quite a few of those this year. (Can it be someone else's turn for a while? Lol!) I have just made arrangements for the hole to be catered this year, so I guess I know where to wait......I am bringing homemade fudge, so I know I will be welcome!

Ok so I was timed out but luckily I copied it before trying to save the post so here it is and if you have me and have any questions you can ask Terri to check what you need to know

Also I like to knit , and have done a little crochet usually while watching tv. I like lots of types of books except I don't like horror, ones with vulgar language , and not much into romance novels. Do like mysteries, Jennifer Chiaverini's and such and I like learning about things and people.

My list of answers to the questions I have found so far....
favorite colors- pinks, greens, teals, purples
favorite fabric is always florals and blenders
I am highly allergic to lavender.
favorite goodies- dark chocolate with or without mint.
I like to make traditional quilts in non- traditional colors or styles
My favorite quilt patterns are Eleanor Burns since her instructions are easy for me to understand.
The only tools I do not have is individual templates for cutting accurately, or clover bias makers, a small iron, or a small cutting mat.
I have a medium size and a huge size dogs, and two cats.
I do not use binding clips, but I do use small "binder style" clips for hand sewing my binding on the back.
I do make projects with zippers.
i do like Christmas fabrics in the blue tones.
I do not have a Keurig, and do not want one.
the best hot drink on earth is dark chocolate with mint.
I don't like the feeling of lotions on my skin.
Biggest wish? - 2" EPP "hexies" for my GFG, but....

I hope this helps whomever got my name.

I haven't been assigned a name yet, but just in case someone got MY name, here are my answers to most of the questions:

1. What's your favorite color? I love reds and purples, and love bright colors.

2. Worst color? No "worst," as I can work with anything.

3. Fabric type - Batik, solids, floral, Civil War, 30's, other? Most anything, especially small florals, 30's, blenders, but not particularly fond of batiks.

4. Quilting style - traditional, modern, scrappy? I'm more of traditional, getting to love scrappy, not so modern.

5. Pets? what kind & how many? I love dogs, but am currently without one.

6. Coffee or Tea? Love coffee, but have had to downgrade to decaf. Yuck!

7. Chocolate - love it or hate it? Love milk chocolate!

8. Do you prefer homemade gifts or store bought? I love gifts!

9. What's your favorite flower? White daisies and peonies.

10. Your favorite snack? Tree nuts and popcorn.

11. What's playing in your sewing area when your there? T.V., music, book? When I'm in the mood, I random play the music that's on my computer -- classical to old-time rock.

Do you like the Clover binding clips? Yes!

Do you like/use zippers? Don't really have a use.

Do you like Christmas fabrics? So-so since I don't do many Christmas projects.

Do you have a Keurig brewer? No.

Do you like sewing/quilting notions (in general) such as seam rippers, etc... I sew, therefore, yes!

Do you like/want magazines and/or books (sewing/quilting)? Only certain ones.

Do you like/want/need quilting rulers? (shapes/sizes)? I don't think I need any more.

Do you like hand lotion? a special brand/kind? I use Lubriderm, but it's not "special."

Do you like Bath & Body Works products? Not particularly.

Do you like/use graph paper (for quilt designing)? Most definitely!

Do you like the Clover Yo-Yo makers? I don't use
How about the Clover Kanzashi Flower Makers? I don't use
Do you like using yo-yo's (already made) in your projects? Haven't
