COLORADO!!!! No hurricanes, no tornados if you stay to the west, Ok maybe a little blizzard every now and then, but not to often and then you just stay inside, make chili and quilt all day!:)

Many parts of California suit your requirements... Near Yosemite, for instance.

I once sold an Ebay item to a laby in Austrailia! I had always wanted to go there, well me and the lady chatted and sent each other "care packages" with stuff local to us. It was a wonderful package, and great exchange.
I am a little jealouse!
I have been signing up for swaps for a few months now, but havn't been lucky enough to get an international one.
I love to get local items, even from different states, it is like going on vacation there injust a little box!

Nice to see packages being received by members. The package I mailed hasn't made it to its destination yet. It may be Christmas before it gets there.
