djmat, your idea sounds great to me. I like the idea of a quicker turn around.

I'm getting my scraps ready for the Fall swap! It will be my first swap on QB and I'm looking forward to it!

I just started a brand new full time job as a Homecare RN, so I will have to see how my time goes. Last week I worked close to 50 hours, but I love it so much I really want to participate in the fall swap so I will try to settle into my new routine as quickly as possible and carve out some special quilting/cutting time. I will let you know.

By the way DJ, you made this swap such a joy for all of us! You are definitely the hostess extraordinaire!

So glad that many of you want to participate in a Fall swap!!!! Yeah!!!! If Patrice approve the swap it will begain the first week of October so watch for it. SheriR cannot host as she is snowed under with 2 new grandbabies & a wedding.
WholeheartMom, hope your new job gives you contentment & some time to cut charms. It was a joy to host because you were all earlybirds!!!
NZ you have time to research how much it costs to ship to & from Oklahoma USA from your place, New Zealand is it?
    hugs,
    dj

These swaps so so much fun. Especially if you like making scrap quilts. I am currently working on a couple different scrap quilts using 2 1/2" squares so it is fun getting more variety to use, when doing these swaps.

Hi dj! Actually, I now live in KS. I was born and raised in NZ and moved over to the US six years ago. I'm happily raising an American family now, but still think of NZ as "mine"
