Do they have to be hand stitch, I'm just not any good at that plus it makes my hands hurt, is it ok to machine stitch around the edges?

These are what I will be doing, hope they will be ok they are 12 1/2 squared blocks...

2nd set came out a little better than the first one I tried...LOL

Can you crop? We are supposed to send 10 inch blocks. I cut my background 11", expecting some pulling after stitching. These are darling!

Yeah shouldn't be a problem, I still have to hand wash so I will crop after I do that....Thanks for the info, I'm in so many swaps it's hard to keep up with them...LOL
