    Cleaned one corner

Last week I cleaned one corner of my studio. I obtained a credenza that I wanted to put my Accuquilt on. So far it is working great to have it set up all the time and I am TRYING to keep the room neater that it was. It is just more fun to sew than to clean! The first two pictures are "before" picture and the last two are "after".

Very nice looking! If you crack open the bottles of wine on the top shelf, it will look even better.

I forgot about the wine bottles. They are actually empty with a hole in the side so I can put lights in them.

Very nice.. like the yellow, black and white quilt hanging on the wall. Good luck keeping it clean.

It's not fun to clean, but the result feels so good! I love the space you have and the way you have arranged it. Hope you enjoy your next project while it's all organized!

Cool, only three more corners to go!!

I too like the quilt on the wall.

Hello from the LP of MI. I'm jealous, looks like you have YOUR room all to yourself. I thought I had a pretty good stash going on until I saw yours! Now all I need is a room, I already have the wine!

I waited a long time to get a room this size. My DH keeps saying, I can't believe we shared a small bedroom as our office and sewing room prior to getting this room. I love my room - on rainy days it is so nice to go to the basement to my "sunshine" room. Small world - I was born in Saginaw, grew up in Midland!

I know, (I REALLY, REALLY know) that I work better in a cleaned up room, but the creative process is not a neat and tidy one. I cleaned up my room yesterday and bet it won't last long! Enjoy your room, have fun, and let it get messy from time to time - it's proof that you are working!

Ah... Don't you wish we had cleaning fairies that would come in and clean and put everything back in its place so all we need do is enjoy creating. Love your sewing space.
