You may have answered my question in your post, but I must have missed it. The question is how do you keep the 4 pieces of your wall together, and can they be separated if necessary. Being able to disassemble and store somewhere else is important for me because, right now I just hang a 8'x8' piece of felt over my sliding closet doors, but it is so floppy. Having the insulated board for stabilization would be easier to keep things from falling off and easier to pin the heavier pieces on. Thanks in advance for the added/repeated info. BTW you and your dh did a great job on the entire space.

Sewing Senior - I used 3M Command Picture Hanging Strips. Basically Velcro strips, so the boards pull off. The vecto strips on the wall are easily removed as well - without removing paint from the wall.

Thanks, I've pinned your photos for future reference. I have the boards but hadn't quite figured out how to finish it up! Nice quilt - have fun in your new space....and stay warm!

My design wall is a wall in my living room with a flannel sheet tacked to the wall with push pins. Works quite well.
