You have a wonderful room...I love how you've used older wooden pieces, it gives it a very 'homey' feel. LOVE IT!

Beautiful sewing room, What is the pattern of the wall hanging above the rocking chair?? Love the colors you used in it! I too like organized rooms but due to limited space everything looks cramped. I am so 'anal retentive' that I can't throw threads on the floor when I clip them, have to put them in the waste basket that sits by my machine. lol

That is a funny story. I had the wooden ironing board. That quilt top was my ambitious attempt for my second ever quilt. It was so lopsided I couldn't finish it. But, I loved the colors and had spent so much time on it, that I kept it for 12 years. I finally decided to throw it out. I gave it to my hubby to throw out. I went to work the next day. He was on vacation and that is what he did. Awesome isn't it?
