Default My Quilting Studio update

I moved into this room/house 4 years ago. I posted pics and was given a challenge to post pics in three years to see it still looked that neat. I actually think it looks better and it is definitely more organized. My fabric was in tubs. It is now in the china cabinet (except the holiday and novelty fabrics which are folded in the closet). The ironing station I made holds fat quarters, jelly rolls and layer cakes. I LOVE having the big space to iron. The pie safe holds books, patterns and magazines. My closet has built ins to hold batting, bolts of interfacing, wide fabric and hangers to hold my stencils. I hope to get a sewing table this summer with an insert to make fmq easier. When I am ready to fmq I set up six foot table to the left that is the perfect height and an ironing board in the back.
Sorry about the sideways pics. LOL!

Good job!!

Love it! I work better and get a lot more done, when my sewing room is clean and organized. I clean up after every project, put everything away where it belongs and start over again. I am retired so I spend 6 to 8 hours a day in my sewing room, so I finish my projects pretty fast.
