This is beautiful. Much larger than mine. I would love to have something this big.

Love your space, Marta. So bright and cheery and so organized. Your Ohio Star turned out great, too.

Almost 16 m2 = 173 square feet is "my half" of the attic, the other half is about 200 square feet and I am begining to conquer it, the desing wall is there..... LOL, and behind the white door there are a storage room to stash all the family stuff not in use: forniture, clothes, sports material etc....

Thank you all for the nice word and praises, I love my room and enjoy it every moment I can. But is after all the great ideas and advices I've read and other fantastic s/rooms I've seen in this forum when I really took the decision to revamp mine for quilting and sewing purposes only. My DH is thrilled with the outcome because he sits in the confy chair with his tablet or watch TV in the other half of the attic... while I'm cutting or sewing.

This comunity is very inspiring. Thank you again.
Marta

How did you get the pincushion to hold to the front of your sewing machine ? I love that. Mine is always falling on the floor.

Oh my gosh! This must be the way people feel who like porn. I just can't stop looking at all the details in your gorgeous room and coveting it all. We have a huge empty unheated attic - oh, how I would love to turn it into something like that!! But it would probably cost more than we paid for the house 36 years ago. Sigh. I should bookmark this post so I can keep looking at it all. Sending you good thoughts for much joy in this place.
