What a great studio, I know you are going to spend many wonderful hours creating great pieces up there! I am looking for a Queen Anne chair like the one you had in the cast off furniture for my studio for when I do hand work or have a visitor. Enjoy your space!

Thanks for sharing your photos. With all those machines available, do you have friends over to sew with you?

The bed is now gone, and the chest actually belongs to my daughter, who still hopes to take it with her one day. I am actually using it in the attic room to store yarn and stuff in for the time being.

Not yet, but I do have a quilty friend just down the street. We plan to get together soon for a play-date in my "store" instead of going shopping for more fabric like we usually do. That and making pigs of ourselves at the Chinese buffet. Although we could always order take-out, hmmm...

I am soooo envious! Thanks for posting the photos!
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

WOW... just WOW! That is an awesome space and you've done a really stellar job of organizing. You're right, if only there were a couple of small appliances, I've never leave the room either!!

What a great space !!! I really would never leave. Do you have any idea of the room size? I have a fairly large sewing room, but it still seems small at times. I have to keep things picked up or it feels like the walls are closing in.

Tomorrow we are getting a nice corner desk so I can set up the sewing machine and the serger. It is going to take some work and rearranging to get the big desk I have now out and the new one in. It will be a good opportunity to do some reorganizing and all that fun stuff.
