Thanks. I love my new room. The big cabinet for my sewing room is made by Arrow. I bought it from overstock and here's the link. https://www.overstock.com/Crafts-Sew...2/product.html
It's a little pricey and took a few hours to assemble, but it was a birthday present! I really like the air lift feature. Also if you go to the Arrow company website you can purchase a custom insert to fit around your machine when sewing flat with the table. I just ordered mine and it has not arrived yet.

Amen to that! I have a 'dedicated' sewing room but it's not nearly that neat! Enjoy!

Looks like you have lots of natural light to sew by. I like having my machine by a window. Nice setup in your room. Isn't it great to have a dedicated room?

Congrats. My studio is my sanctuary and happy place. I wish the same for you.

Love your room, but especially the ironing board cover. Can you tell me about this? I have the same iron and would love to have a cover like yours. I made my cover for my very old ironing board. Love the color of your room too. I made a third b/r into my sewing sanctuary; have a Horn cabinet for my Janome 15000 and a bed, ironing board, and armoire; very crowded in there, but manageable. Also, have a sewing machine cabinet in closet (took doors off) with a serger and another machine on top with assorted goodies with shelves full of fabric (mostly scraps). Gets a little messy sometimes.

I appreciate all the kind comments. The ironing board cover came with my iron. I purchased the Oliso from Amazon. You can get just the cover alone from there, about $20.

It is so wonderful to have a dedicated space at last. It won't stay this neat for long! I keep the rest of my stash in the closet.

Here are a couple of other views. The color was a gamble that paid off. My husband says he will "get used to it" lol.

When "Arthur" moved in with me big time, I gave away my sewing room. Boy, do I miss it, but I was/am unable to sew beyond simple mending now. I have so enjoyed quilting, teaching quilting, going to quilting shows. Many happy memories!
