OMG, if my room looked like that, I wouldn't be able to go in. I'm far too anal to sew like that. But I know that I'm probably the exception rather than the rule. Or perhaps, I just haven't been quilting long enough...

Thank you so much for post these pictures. I love seeing all the organized sewing rooms that people have posted, but mine looks a lot like these. My husband too calls me a hoarder. I prefer "collector". I've been trying to tell him for years that I know exactly where everything is when I want to find it. I'm afraid if I clean it, I won't be able to find anything. Happy collecting to you all.

OH MY GOODNESS, Ladies. I am very jealous of the big rolls of batting, fabric, notions, fabric, batting & other fun stuff. If any of you stuff needs a new home, it come & stay with me for awhile. lololol Thanks for sharing. Someday I will have a stash as BIG as yours. If I wish, wish, wish ....

Have a blessed week ahead.

Now I don't feel so bad. I want to go shopping! That stash is twice the size of mine!

I have seen my basement space, which is way too small for me, look this bad and then some. My husband and I are building a new much better space. will it look like this? probably after i spend a year in it. but it will be so much bigger i will finally have my entire stash in one room.

Yup! That is my sewing space to a T. Embarrasing and frustrating but I will get it organized (in my dreams) someday. I used to be an organized neat freak and then I had kids. Now that the kids are gone I am hopelessly lost in gaining control. It gives me the will to keep on living as DS said he would haunt me if I died and left this mess for him to clean up (How is that possible?). Anyway, I can relate. ROFL.
