Looks more organized than mine. I don't have all the tubs and stuff. I just have about 10 or 12 large tubs and a few plastic drawer things.

"Demotivated", yep that's the feeling I have. I'm in the process of trying to get a handle on my stash. Hubby bought me two 4 shelf cabinets for Christmas to help with the organization. I have them almost full and haven't made much of a dent in my stash. Need more cabinets, BUT don't have the room for them. But, boy am I finding fabric that I had totally forgotten about. And I love the way the fabrics look in the cabinets. I've sworn off buying more fabric unless it's something that I specifically need for a quilt...mainly backgrounds. Sigh, I love petting fabric!

No the piles don't drive me nuts. I know what is in each pile. What drives me nuts is when family moves things. Thinking about a lock for the door!

I have generations of fabric. When my Grandmother passed , my mother got tons of vintage fabrics from the 60's, 70's & 80's. She used quite a bit of it & when she recently moved she gave me some of Grammies fabric & some of hers. I have begun to use some of it to make yo-yos. This years project is to make 3400 yo-yos out of all the Red, white & blue fabrics.
