Today it is the tote that goes to the charity quilt group, queen bees, that is getting organized. I never get there with everything I need. So I bought a gym bag type tote and put everything in it but the sewing machine. i hope I got it right this time. Wish me luck.

I'm making a point to do some folding of fabric each day. I considered getting the comic book boards, but don't like double folding the fabric the long way- and I have unusual dimension shelves as they were made for displaying sewing machines. I ruler fold it on my 8.5" ruler, and then triple fold it instead of in half. Then I get two nice stacks side by side on the shelf.

The star quilt pieces are organized to get back to work on this quilt. I'm excited to get back at it.

oksewglad I think it counts. kind of like any port in a storm.
