Great job-looks fantastic

Bravo! You did a great job. Doesn't it feel good to salvage and beautify a perfectly functional piece?

you did a fantastic job... it looks wonderful.

Looks great. I love up-cycling!

I really like your dresser. At the cost of new furniture, you've got a very classic piece and it is a lot more sturdy and well made than something new. Great job!
|
Wowser! Storage, looks great and free. Isn't that a trifecta?

You did a great job on this dresser. I read some blogs recently about painting furniture and apparently you just have to rough up the finish some and these new furniture paints do a great job. All the ones on the blogs are fantastic.

My goodness! What a wonderful job on the dresser! It turned out beautiful!

Beautiful piece for your sewing room. You could also put a large portable ironing board piece on the top of it to iron flat pieces...many uses for the top of it. What a great job. Thanks for sharing.

It must have been hard to decide to put it in the closet. I tried refinishing once your tip to leave the stripper on longer than directed is priceless to anyone who is going to try this along with the right tools. Enjoy your dresser and your organized quilting. Just don't put UFO's in there...i've heard they multiply if left in the dark.
