I have a pegboard also. I want my rulers off my cutting table. I have a really large one with pins and weights on one end. I don't want my rulers sitting there too. If I have a ruler I'm using a lot for the current project, I sit it under the table leaning on the boxes that are stored there.

Storing rulers
 

I ordered this from an office supply store (used for file folders - can be hung up, but not sure i would do that as heavy as rulers are). You wouldnt believe how many rulers it will hold and because its clear you can see all of them.
