    I agree with "tessagain". You have a gorgeous area and my only other suggestion would be to put (whatever or however you design your cutting table) it in the center of your room so that you can walk around it.

    Wow, you did wonders with your basement. It give me food for thought to take over our basement since it's really not used by anyone. But I have questions for you. What kind of lighting are you using down there? What kind of floors do you have? How to you keep out the musty smell? I run a dehumidifier all summer but it seems to still have that musty odor down there.
