OK, while you're in Kentucky, you MUST visit Whittles. They are located at 3858 Chalybeate Rd., Smiths Grove, KY 42171. I have a map which shows them to be off exit 38 of I65. Their website is: www.Whittlesfabric.com
They are closed Thursday and Sunday -- hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
However, the do NOT accept credit cards in their shop -- must be check or cash.
I went to the Owensboro Quilt Show yesterday and they had a booth there. Beautiful fabric at $3.00/$3.50 yd. Bought a "layer cake" for $18.
We also had dinner at Moonlite BBQ -- I'm still full to the brim

I used to live in Bowling Green KY and they have a Hancocks on Scottsville rd..There's also a quilt shop but right off hand I don't remember the name..It should be in the phone book.

As far as I know there isn't an online quiling store in Bowling Green, and I spent a lot of time there when my son was at WKU. However, there is Hancock's of Paducah in Paducah, which is well worth the trip. We stay at Kentucky Dam Village on Kentucky Lake at Land Between the Lakes. It's about half an hour in to Paducah from there to Hancock's. The Quilt Museum is downtown in Paducah as well as a Quilt in Day store that's good to visit.
