I am actually going to a family party in DeWitt on July 30th, so I will be going right by there.
How long are you going to be in DeWitt? I'll be back from my retreat the 24th and could go the weekend of the 30th if any one else is available. My sister (Grammashel) is also in the area and is interested

Okay, now we have a place. Next we need to pick at date. Week-day or week-end??? Would the first week of August work? Once we have a date, I think we need to ask about posting it, maybe Craftybear can give us info on what to do next, please.

yes once you have a spot for a meet and greet just go to the offline section and type about it all on the subject line put the date, location etc
and then explain more about it in the body
