We are planning on being there. A meet and greet sounds like fun. I also like the idea Raptureready had.

I plan on going but it all depends on my 95 year old mom's health.
Count me in from NY State, Bonnie

i would like to go. Who is going from PA, maybe we could carpool. I don't want to travel there by myself either on bus or car alone.

I think the meet & greet would be great! If I can ride with someone to & from, I"ll be there!

I have been going to Paducah for about 10 years and plan to go again next year. Two friends plus my daughter go. I would be glad to meet you somewhere. We have been staying at the Best Western at the Husband Road exit. You can let me know nearer the time where you are all planning to meet and we will see if it fits our schedule.

I'm going to plan to go to this right now, BUT, things may change. Hopefully, not enough to make me miss it!

It would be fun , instead of a square of fabric, maybe do a swap of tiny quilt blocks? Or something? We'd have plenty of time to work on them.

I found this interesting, there are several groups from different states going together. Here's the link:

I have never been, and would definitely go! I just barely missed it this year, and have heard that it is one of the poobahs of quilt shows. I'm in. I would love to meet the ladies and gents of this board. I'm in Louisville, so it will be a five hour drive for me.

I am going to Paducah next year along with two of my quilting friends from Florida. I think the meet and greet idea is a good
idea. We are working on making our reservations now.

My girlfriend and I want to go but we can't find a hotel near the Expo center. Suggestion, please!

You will probably have to wait until after the first ofthe year and then make your reserv ation. I understand they don't take them any earlier. We tried to make ours last year while we were there, but we couldn't. We stay at Best Western on Husband Road exit. It is a straight quick trip downtown from there.

I have been on the computer and phone for the last hour trying to find a place. It isn't easy. Some places are already full and others have jacked the prices up so high. But....I'm determined to go even if I have to sleep on a park bench. Tee Hee!!!
