I just found another link that shows special events that they have in Shipshewana, Indiana so I thought you might like to see it as when you go there lots of things to do in the area

Quilt shops, antique stores, flea market (Tuesday and Wednesday) also special days around some of the holiday, gift shops, lots of quilts shops in the area

Lots of hotels, motels, Bed and Breakfast in the areas, campsites

Middlebury, IN (nice Amish Restaurant, Quilt Shop, Gift Shops) only 8 miles from Shipshewana
