Awesome! Love the 3D and the great colors. You are very lucky that you & your Mom can share a hobby together.

There is an english lady that teaches this; I have one of her books at home but can't remember her name. I recently made a whole quilt using her techinques that was being taught at one of our LQS (the teacher had her permissions) it turned out great. I want to get more of her books when I can. She also has a web site

Only one thing more beautiful than your flower: your relationship with your mother. My mom and I used to quilt together all the time. Sadly, she is almost completely blind. And because she has neuropathy in her hands, she can no longer sew by feel. It has broken her heart to have to give up sewing and quilting.
