I like the darker green much better because it doesn't show as much design elements so it doesn't compete with the design in the quilt itself.
Also it brings out the Gone with the Wind squares with the couple in it.

One thing strikes me about the "old south' and that it was way over the top. I think the print border is fine!

I love the quilt...I also vote for the green. It seems to just "fit" the best. But it's your quilt and anyway you chose to finish it will be lovely.
