Hello All...

Here's a few photos from our 1st annual *Paint Chip Challenge* in our quilt group. We were missing a few members due to illness, and other obligations but 7 of us made it and 3 others have promised to bring their projects next month. We laughed ourselves sick in class. We invented a few rules prior to starting that are not standard with a PCC's. #1. On the reveal day we each had to stand up in class and divulge our "successes and failures" while working on the projects. #2. We had to try at least ONE technique that we had never tried before. I have made it to a ripe old age and for some reason had NEVER made one YO-YO. So...that spawned the idea for my "Primitive Posies". Oi-vey...we were crying we were laughing so hard about some of our bloopers. The learning curve was steep for some, but a great time was had by all.

I am officially addicted to embellishing!

These are 9" x12". A couple ladies forgot the size requirements.

Enjoy!

"Primitive Posies" - it really IS square. - it just photographed wonky.

They are actually mini's. 9" x 12". That just added to the challenge believe me...LOL

You all were able to add a lot to a 9x12 quilt. Those yo-yos must be really small. They are so pretty with the embellishments.
