Nicely done. Although the quilt had it's ups and downs, I'm sure you learned a lot by making it. I know I learn things from almost every quilt I make.

I don't think there's such a thing as an ugly quilt. I think your's was striking with a lot of contrast and colors.

I think you should let the sun shine at your house - didn't you say he loves it And for the life of me I just didn't see all you said was wrong. I like it too. Plus it's "cat approved"!

I think it is very pretty! Don't be so hard on you self. Even if you think it isn't the best quilt, he does and that's what counts. A quilt made out of love are the ones I like best!

I love the western theme, and as I looked at it I did NOT find any of your beheaded points. I think the colors work well together, and I love your quilting. It shows up pretty nice and looks lovely. Good work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think it looks great. But one of your comments hit home with me. If the fabric doesn't speak to me, I always have a very hard time finishing the quilt.

Hubby loves it, kitty loves it...so it is a winner! Only you will "see" the mistakes and after you make another quilt or two the mistakes on this one won't be so memorable. To me, this quilt is wonderful...I wouldn't attempt that many points; you get kudos for those!
