She did a magnificient job by herself - just think how great of a quilter she will be as a grown-up! And....her friend will love the quilt.

Avianna - your quilt is beautiful!!! I hope you are proud of your work and I can only think that your friend is going to love receiving this gift that you put so much thought into. That's true friendship. I have a quilt that was made by a friend of my you has since died and although she did not make it "for me" I feel her hands and heart every time I cuddle under it. Good job!!!!

The look on her face says it all! Pride! As well, she should be! She did an awesome job on a beautiful quilt. Now that she's got the "bug", can't wait to see more of her work!

How precious, she did a marvellous job and you've started her on the way to many quilting adventures. Her friend will be so thrilled and keep it to show her children. What a blessing for both of them, to give and to receive.Looks like she had fun with the whole process, especially the fmq!

Please let Avianna know that I think she is the greatest 12 year old! She has a heart of gold to want to make something so special for her friend. The quilt is lovely, but Avianna is more lovely.....inside and out! I know you are so proud of her!
