Love the colours...wonderful job...does your sister sew or quilt...she probably doesnt realize how much time and love you have put into this project...on to the next one and just know within yourself that you have created a beautiful project.

Keep on quilting, that first one is so pretty! If you keep quilting you will learn by your challenges and mistakes. Remember we are all out here to help each other so when you have a question just ask. Too bad your sister didn't understand how much work and love went into this quilt. Don't dispare though it is a lovely well done quilt you can be proud of!!

Your quilt looks so soft and inviting. My Grandma made soft cuddly quilts you had to snuggle up with. I still have one of her quilts, I often take it out and snuggle with it. Especially when I miss her.

It looks structurally sound, too. My first quilts weren't square(didn't know they were suppose to be), and they had a little bulge in them.

I made it for my sister and she didn't seem overly thrilled with it. Or maybe I was just too excited and expected too much. But regardless I'm just happy that I DID IT!!!! I'm the one that the sewing machine would run out of the room when I walked in.
WOW!! Great job! I can hardly wait to see what your next quilt is going to be.
