    . I sketched out the pic in the early 70's and added a few more in 2019, now I am doing older boys. I hand embroidered the faces, legs, hands, faces, arms and attached wool by zigzagging the hair in place. Once that was done, starting adding the clothes and shoes, most of it was appliqué, and some was machine appliqued. Most of my brothers and sisters are very artistic, and my oldest sister was a trained artist - now deceased, however she did help me with some of my paintings and sketching, which I am most grateful for.
