I am sorry i do not have a pattern i watched a tutorial on how to make the 3d bow tie block figured out what size i wanted to do and went from there. i will have to go hunt down where i got the tutorial.

It is a little hard to see the stitching on the bow tie part, did you stitch on the center of the bow that puffs up?
